Our company was founded in 2003 as the national representative of the company CRIFI srl from Mondolfo(PU) Italy, as the sole importer and distributor of equipment for crushing, selection, storage and washing in wet or dry, in order to obtain aggregates for road construction of the first importance, as well as complete lines for recuperating materials from demolition and recycling.

Since 2007, SC POEMA LLC is the representative in Romania of the company Verdelli srl from Castelfranco Emilia - Modena, as the sole importer and distributor of equipment for demolition, recovery, handling and lifting.

We produce high quality equipment providing a guarantee over two years, and at the request of our clients we are able to provide special equipment, according to the demands of their profile.

Also we can provide at the request of our customers, spare parts, maintenance services, consultancy for equipment, solutions for the adaptation of the machinery and equipment that our customers already have to the equipment from Verdell srl Italy, even in alternate equipment with other companies.

Verdelli machines presents a great success both in Italy and worldwide (70% of production is for export). Verdelli is present in 25 countries: Dubai, USA, Yemen, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Morocco, Ethiopia, Croatia , Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Georgia, Portugal, Greece, Ukraine, Slovenia, France, Iraq, Algeria, Romania.

VD srl company was founded in 1976 as a manufacturer of equipment for lifting and handling, it obtained in a very short time outstanding results in this area. In that period, the range of products included mechanical handling equipment, excavators mounted with cables and used for port activities, river and sea.

During the 80s started diversifying the range of products, Verdelli began designing and manufacturing equipment based on hydraulic systems and electro-hidraulyc systems, as a result of the development of the recycling sector and the increasing number of requests coming from the steel and seaports companies.

Such, at the end of the 80s, more precisely between the years 1986 - 1987, Verdelli designed and patented the first demolisher for concrete in Italy. Patent was granted as a result of innovations made to this equipment, namely: continuous rotation of 360 degrees and the possibility of obtaining a perfectly functional shear from a demolisher for iron and steel.

At this time, the complete range of equipment for demolition Verdell is able to satisfy all demands of its clients due to the experience obtained in this sector of activity.
